1. How long do tags take to ship once I have placed my order?
Typically it takes 24-48 hours to process an order. All orders are sent via USPS Priority mail and should arrive within 1-3 business days.
2. Do the Chapter Tags and Brotherhood Tags come as sets?
No. You will need to order each tag separately.
3. How do I return or exchange tags?
We do not accept returns on tags at this point. To get the ones you need, you will need to place a new order. Please double check all orders.
4. How can I change the shipping address for my submitted order?
If you need to change shipping address details, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order so that we can make the change for you.
5. Do you make custom tags?
We do not have that option available at this time.
